Adam Hergenrother
Founder & CEO
Adam Hergenrother is the Founder and CEO of Adam Hergenrother Companies (AHC), which includes Livian, among several other real estate, construction management, development, and leadership training companies.
Adam is an entrepreneur at heart and has built this thriving organization in less than ten years through his commitment to personal growth through business success. AHC is a powerhouse connector – matching talent with opportunities, the community with resources, clients with realtors, investors with projects, and goals with high-impact content and training.
Through models, systems, culture, training, and community, AHC empowers the leaders of today to develop the leaders of tomorrow. Adam lives in Shelburne, Vermont, with his wife, Sarah, and three children, Sienna, Asher, and Madelyn.


Hallie Warner
Chief of Staff
Hallie Warner serves as Chief of Staff to founder and CEO Adam Hergenrother. She is also the co-author of The Founder & The Force Multiplier: How Entrepreneurs and Executive Assistants Achieve More Together.
Hallie has worked side-by-side with Adam Hergenrother for over ten years, ensuring that Adam’s vision is clarified, communicated, and executed. Hallie also provides strategic counsel to key leaders within the organization and leads special projects focused on the growth of the organization.
Erin McCormick Torres
Vice President, Operations
Erin McCormick Torres joined Livian after 10 years of leading digital marketing teams in the food, health and K-12 and higher education spaces. Erin now serves as Vice President, and is a leader who enjoys setting a strategic vision, while also rolling up her sleeves to analyze and optimize systems, tools and models on a daily basis.
Erin oversees the Livian Leadership and Hub teams, including Listing Management, Transaction Coordination, Finance, Marketing & Lead Generation, Client Care, Agent Services, Industry & Innovation and Recruitment.

Dawn’s drive and passion have led her to own three real estate offices located in Chesterfield, Missouri; Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri; and O’Fallon, Illinois as well as a principal owner of a title company she launched early 2019. In addition to ownership in these Market Centers and the title company, she is also the Operating Principal of the O’Fallon, IL Market Center and the General Manager of the Chesterfield, MO Market Center.

Since 2005, Vanessa and her real estate team have brought great success to their clients, having served nearly 1,000 families and totaling over $500,000,000 in sales. Currently, Vanessa is a KWU approved Trainer, Cultural Ambassador to Keller Williams, Co-Host with Mo Anderson of the KW Cultural Summit and the leader of the #1 real estate team for Maplewood/South Orange, NJ—the creative communities west of NYC. Vanessa’s passions lie in marketing, service and generosity—as represented by these focused initiatives she participates in.
Years ago, Vanessa appeared in two seasons of the real estate television show “Bought & Sold” on HGTV, where she became a recognizable face for honest and ethical real estate practices, always putting others first. She has a goal to reach as many people as possible with real estate service that is fair, honest, ethical and at a concierge-level. But, just as important as her and her team’s sales goals, is her giving goal. Vanessa has a strong mission and vision to give back to her community in ways that have a lasting impact.
At present, Pollock Properties Group has raised and donated over $300,000 to local and global charities through her Closingforacause.org initiative, as well as establishing her own www.VanessaPollockMusicInitiative.com, ensuring all children in her community have access to music instruments in public school. On a national level, Vanessa is the creator of the #CareServeGive business model, and teaches, trains and speaks to audiences of all sizes about how to grow a profitable business by being servant-hearted, community-focused and generosity-based.
On a personal level, Vanessa, her Broadway-actor (now Realtor!) husband Charlie, and their two youngest children reside in South Orange, NJ, after having lived in New York City and Downtown Jersey City. Their grown son lives in Los Angeles. They’re active at their church and in the South Orange-Maplewood (SOMA) School District.

When he finally started in real estate, he saw the opportunity in the industry to build a business, build wealth, and help others grow. After just seven years in real estate, David has built a top-performing team in one of the leading brokerages in the nation that joins Livian as Livian Atlanta. David has helped create many six-figure income earners in the real estate space and is driven to continue to make an impact on others – in their businesses, finances, and their personal lives.
David joins Livian because of Livian’s “people over profit mentality” – reflected in our mantra that we are 51% culture and 49% profit, along with the scope of opportunity Livian provides for his agents and administrators.

In his first year as a full-time agent with Keller Williams, Eric became the top KW agent in Indiana prior to building Indiana’s top-selling team. Eric previously served as an Operating Principal and has been recognized as a top-producing real estate team by RealTrends.

Alie Livengood, Director of Agent Services, first joined Livian in 2016 as a Listing Manager. Shortly after, Alie was promoted to Director of Agent Services, where she assists new teams and agents with onboarding, training, and systems implementation, and improvement of their current technology and its use.
Alie specializes in using technology as a means of leverage and has a unique understanding of how systems work together. She also works as a KW Labs Advisor masterminding with other Keller Williams Technology Experts across the country on how to improve Keller Williams technology.

In her position, Caitlyn focuses on developing and fine-tuning systems and processes to help build an exceptional experience for our clients and agents. Caitlyn recruits, hires, trains and leads a team of Operation Coordinators across the country on these systems to build strong relationships with clients and agents.

As the CFO for Livian, Becca oversees the fiscal operations from 2,000+ real estate transactions each year and over $600 million in sales volume from 30+ real estate teams.

Completing over a hundred flipped homes, he has shared his knowledge with many agents and investors alike in an effort to help them build wealth.

She has helped generate over $500k in her last year as a Productivity Coach for her two Market Centers, added 160+ agents to her program, helped agents close on 500+ units with over $2.5 Million in agent income, and has helped get 56% of the agents in her coaching program get into regular production.

Mie Yamashita is the Director of Agent Productivity for Livian. She started in the Market Center where she became a top-performing Keller Williams Productivity Coach.
She has helped generate over $500k in her last year as a Productivity Coach for her two Market Centers, added 160+ agents to her program, helped agents close on 500+ units with over $2.5 Million in agent income, and has helped get 56% of the agents in her coaching program get into regular production.

Liz Livengood, Agent Services Coordinator, first joined Livian in October 2021. For the last six years, Liz worked as a contract supervisor for the Nation Passport Center in New Hampshire. During her time as supervisor, she created ISO controlled standard operating procedures and training modules to support the Department of State’s expectations.
She was the point of contact for all contract fraud, holds, congressional, military, and global passport agency relations. During her time in passport Liz also worked secondary occupations in retail to support her family. She has experience in grocery, sales, janitorial, pharmacy and restaurant positions.
