She has helped generate over $500k in her last year as a Productivity Coach for her two Market Centers, added 160+ agents to her program, helped agents close on 500+ units with over $2.5 Million in agent income, and has helped get 56% of the agents in her coaching program get into regular production.

Brooke’s roles in the director of operations position include: step by step onboarding processes with every incoming agent, facilitating agent trainings and support, and building systems for program growth. When she is not working, Brooke enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband and one year old, Ella.

After being raised in South Africa, then living in the UK for over a decade and finally settling in the US 10 years ago, I have developed a keen sense of culture and diversity in people. It has helped shape me into a person that values leadership, ownership and community. I am deeply rooted in caring for, serving and giving to others. My business journey has been predominantly in accounting until more recently where I have discovered joy in leadership and coaching. I have built large teams, helped others build large teams, I have helped single agents build more profitable businesses, I have assisted in rebuilding market centers and most importantly, I have helped other’s become the best version of themselves. I have extensive experience with making the wrong choices in life, I have learned how to humble myself and I have learned how to sift through the pieces of my old life, keep the good pieces to build a new life full of meaning, purpose, gratitude and compassion.

Jenni McCarty is a mom-prenuer, raising two spunky girls while operating short term rental business, and transforming lives as CEO of Livian Louisiana and coach with LivLimitless Coaching. She was born and raised in Northeast Ohio but as a military spouse, she has spent the last 18 years moving around the country. She’s been in real estate since 2008 and during that time she has served Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota, Offutt Air Force Base and StratCom in Omaha Nebraska, and Barksdale Air Force Base in Bossier City, Louisiana. Every time she moved she started her business over rebuilding to be in the top 1% of agents in her area each time. She was featured on the 1Thing podcast in 2018 where she and Geoff Woods had a discussion on whether or not she should build an expansion organization on her own to cater to military families, merge with several military spouses to create an expansion Network, or bring the opportunity to a larger organization. Two years later after that coaching session with Geoff Woods she joined Livian! Since then, her business has grown by over 500%! Between joining Livian and completing Project U two times, Jenni has seen her own transformation through dramatic growth in all areas of her life. Her passion for coaching others to break through and create the life they desire is what gets her out of bed each day! She’s currently working on her masters degree in Consciousness and Human Potential, and is excited to bring that knowledge back to Livian as a a way to help other deepen their opportunity to use this business as a means of personal growth.

We’ve now been in business for 7+ years and its grown immensely, most recently by joining Livian.
